• Monthly ‘Troubleshooting Time’ with a psychologist (group session).
• Exclusive members’ Facebook forum to share experiences & access social support.

ThinkingFit Podium Membership
Combines regular motivation with tailored support. Podium membership gives you:
• All the Boost support plus…
• 1-hour individual support session with a psychologist every 3-months to give you tailored support & tips.
• Fortnightly ‘ask the psychologist’ tailored text/email support.
